1 Definitions & General Provisions

The following terms used in these conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" — The ck998 website, mobile version, and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "Member" — A person who has created an account on ck998 and is using its services.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play any game on ck998, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only. ck998 reserves the right to verify information to confirm your age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ck998 reserves the right to close all such accounts and withhold any balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect information may result in account suspension or closure. Any changes to your information must be reported to ck998 immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ck998 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits through any method other than these four are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. The same payment methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

• Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure your account information is complete and verified.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 4).
• In the case of suspicious transactions, ck998 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and request verification.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn (on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 VIP Cashback

ck998 has four VIP tiers for regular players:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Higher tiers can be reached through regular participation and activity. Cashback is automatically added to your account each week.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the related bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Conditions

All games available on ck998 are designed for entertainment purposes. Each game has its own rules and must be played accordingly. The system used to determine game results is fair and impartial — fair play is ensured.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant game round may be cancelled and the wagered amount will be refunded. ck998 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using software, bots, or any automated method.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform for an advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other players.
• Using the platform for any illegal activity.

6 Account Suspension & Closure

ck998 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or unethical activity.
• Opening an account with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Extended account inactivity.

Members may also voluntarily close their account. To do so, email [email protected]. Any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

7 Responsible Gaming & Self-Control
